Tera Yatırım Menkul Degerler A.Ş. continues to grow by acquiring BGC Partners Menkul Değerler A.Ş. Capital Markets Board of Turkey registered the application of change of control of BGC Partners Menkul Değerler A.Ş. by Tera Yatırım Menkul Degerler A.Ş. on August 18, 2022.

BGC Partners Menkul Degerler A.Ş.  and Tera Yatırım Menkul Degerler A.Ş. are working towards closing the deal as soon as possible by finalising other formalities.

BGC Partners Menkul Degerler A.Ş. and provides domestic and foreign institutional client base research, sales, brokerage and corporate advisory services.

Tera Yatırım Menkul Degerler A.Ş. which was acquired by its current shareholders of Oğuz Tezmen, Emre Tezmen and Ayse Çolak in 2005 has recently increased its efforts in initial public offerings and helped investors to invest in 5 IPOs over the past one year.
